📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day activities in accordance with SOPs, holding team accountable to safety
• Actively contribute to the development of direct reports
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Achieve and maintain compliance with all company and federally mandated regulations (Safety, OSHA
• Manage associate-level safety, quality, and productivity performance
• Solve and respond to daily operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field, OR 2 years of
• Prior experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution, or Manufacturing preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring
