Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead the warehouse team during shift; train new members and ensure process adherence
• Picking and packing to dispatch orders accurately
• Be the point of contact for drivers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Resolve issues by communicating with customers for substitutions or OOS items
• Goods in/out: verify counts with PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies
• Stock management: store products, run cycle counts, manage waste and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, dark store, retail or warehouse settings
• Basic web-based software knowledge (MS Office, Google G-Suite)
• Strong work ethic, punctual, honest
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; effective communication
• Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude
• Flexible and available during peak hours (5pm - 4:30am)
