Operations Support Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional ops across supply chain, quality, and compliance at Cresco MA.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement of site objectives.
• Partner with procurement, production, quality, compliance, and logistics teams.
• Lead SIOP to align demand, production, and materials.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, quality, or compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of GMP, Lean, and regulatory compliance.
