Operations Trainer

📋 Description

• Partner with instructional design professionals to create customized internal learning content
• Collaborate with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and
• Coach SMEs on adult learning principles, effective facilitation techniques, and the development of
• Develop and manage multiple internal learning programs using a variety of delivery methods
• Design individualized learning solutions and identify relevant internal and external development
• Facilitate learning courses and workshops for team members across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
• At least 3 years of experience applying adult learning theory in a professional environment.
• Practical experience consulting with internal business stakeholders to assess learning needs and
• Experience facilitating training and learning sessions for large groups.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning needs assessment, curriculum development
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts
