Operations Training Manager

📋 Description

• Lead site training: onboarding, role skills, and upskilling across warehouse functions.
• Create, document, and maintain SOPs with ops leadership.
• Develop and improve onboarding guides, job aids, process docs, and multimedia content.
• Set clear performance expectations for quality, safety, accuracy, and compliance; explain why.
• Observe floor performance and deliver real-time coaching to reinforce SOP adherence.
• Partner with leadership to assess training needs and plan targeted improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ to work in cannabis.
• 5+ years in training, L&D, or operations in warehouse/logistics.
• 3+ years in last-mile distribution and logistics.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating SOP creation and documentation.
• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Monday–Friday on-site availability in Rochester, NY; occasional weekends.
