📋 Description

• Partner with Operations to map workflows and identify pain points.
• Design AI-powered solutions to boost efficiency and automate tasks.
• Build scalable backend services and AI orchestration workflows.
• Develop tools and dashboards for real-time AI decision visibility.
• Develop secure integrations with legacy and modern systems.
• Monitor performance, API usage, latency, and security; improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Software Engineering, Full Stack, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js experience; ability to work with PHP legacy apps.
• Hands-on AI apps using LLM APIs, function calling, and RAG.
• Solid SQL, API design, cloud-native architectures, and serverless.
• Built internal products, automation tools, or ops platforms.
• Agile experience and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
