Operations & Visual Manager - Corte Madera

📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Lead inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual execution.
• Ensure store is customer-ready; maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Manage flow between sales floor and back of house; assist guests as needed.
• Partner with GM on budget, metrics, and planning; drive KPI results.
• Develop and coach the Operations/Visual team; succession and talent growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accountability, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Agile, flexible; able to handle changing priorities.
