📋 Description

• Oversee execution of key operational and visual processes
• Root cause inventory accuracy issues with General Manager
• Champion visual standards using business performance data
• Manage sell-through and coordinate labor for deliveries
• Support safe work environment and efficient store operation
• Represent business in meetings and manage budgets with GM

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in changing environment
• Motivated by driving business in fast-paced environment
• Business owner mindset with entrepreneurial spirit
