• Oversee operational and visual processes in-store
• Manage inventory, labor planning, and scheduling
• Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
• Maintain visual standards and floor execution
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
• Strong people leadership and coaching
• Inventory accuracy and root-cause analysis
• Visual merchandising and brand standards
• Budget management and KPI reporting
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
