📋 Description

• Oversee operational and visual processes in-store.
• Manage inventory accuracy and labor planning.
• Plan scheduling and store staffing to ensure customer readiness.
• Lead visual merchandising and uphold brand standards.
• Partner with GM to escalate process or system gaps.
• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Leads a team with accountability and KPI-driven communication.
