Ops & Social Media Assistant (Part-time)

📋 Description

• Manage internal systems, grants, social channels, and content publishing.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline research, drafting, reporting, and admin workflows.
• Coordinate grant programs: updates, timelines, compliance, reporting.
• Publish and engage on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp; track analytics.
• Create marketing assets and emails using Topol and Klaviyo; update WordPress.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Operations, EA, Social Media, or related role.
• Experience supporting business operations and admin workflows.
• Experience managing Instagram and other social platforms.
• Experience with email marketing and content publishing.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Grant research/nonprofit/founder communities preferred; Zapier automation preferred.
