Optical AIT Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute AIT of satellite subsystems and optical payloads
• Align and integrate optical payloads (focus, tilt, centering)
• Inspect, assemble, and verify satellite hardware in cleanroom
• Integrate externally supplied optical payloads into the system
• Define and execute subsystem/system-level tests and verifications
• Drive root-cause analysis for non-conformances; implement fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in integration, testing, or production of complex hardware
• Hands-on optical systems integration and alignment
• Experience with optical payloads or Earth Observation systems
• Familiarity with optical metrology tools (interferometers, collimators)
• Strong system-level understanding across optical, mechanical, electrical
• Experience working in cleanrooms
