• Serve as trusted advisor to optical businesses to improve ops, finances, and growth.
• Analyze metrics like capture rate, revenue per patient, and workflow efficiency.
• Recommend frame assortment, pricing, merchandising, and product mix.
• Advise on sales processes, including doctor–optician handoffs to boost conversions.
• Develop customized recommendations and action plans based on goals.
• Present insights via reports, dashboards, webinars, and trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in optometry/optical retail mgmt, business development, or eyecare ops.
• Strong understanding of optical products, operations, and metrics.
• Experience conducting business assessments and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation; training/webinars.
