Apply optics and photonics to optical system development (design, analysis, validation)
Represent optical system in program-level cross-disciplinary trades and issue resolution
Define requirements for high-performance optical systems in challenging environments
Lead optical architecture through internal trade studies and risk reduction testing
Participate in verification testing: environmental qualification and reliability testing
Define and lead field testing of optical experiments and laser communication systems

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in physics, CS, EE, or engineering/STEM
2+ years in optics, photonics, laser tech, or precision design/testing
1+ year in programming (C++, MATLAB, or Python)
