Oracle AHCS/ARCS Application Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2/3 production support for Oracle AHCS, ARCS, Fusion ERP Financials, and OIC.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close by monitoring processes, reconciliations, and journals.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage service requests.
• Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, data loads, and system health to preempt issues.
• Support configuration updates, accounting rule maintenance, reconciliation profiles, security validation, and release governance.
• Assist with integration support across Oracle Finance apps, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience supporting ERP applications, including at least 3 years working with Oracle Cloud Financial solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and/or Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, Oracle General Ledger, financial close processes, journal accounting, subledger accounting, and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud ERP integrations, SQL, XML, REST APIs, file-based integrations, and production interface monitoring.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Security, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis; experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS, EDMCS, OCI Monitoring, ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
