Oracle Business Analyst - Finance

📋 Description

• Analyze, document, and optimize GL, AP, AR, SLA, tax, audit, and close processes.
• Evaluate complex requirements and translate needs into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle finance modules: invoicing, tax, billing, reporting.
• Collaborate across finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams for compliant configurations.
• Lead requirements workshops and develop functional specifications for enhancements.
• Design, execute, and coordinate testing to validate functionality and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years as an Oracle Business Analyst with Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Financials: GL, AP, AR, SLA, tax config, invoicing, collections, close.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, audit, tax systems, and compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and deliver Oracle-based solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITBM, Vertex, Billtrust, and Salesforce integrations.
