📋 Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud AMS engagements, ensuring SLAs, performance targets
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AMS functional consultants.
Act as primary escalation point for complex issues.
Manage client relationships and lead service reviews.
Oversee quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing.
Manage engagement scope, staffing, and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
Experience leading/managing Oracle Cloud AMS or production support engagements.
Strong background in service delivery management, SLA governance, continuous improvement.
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching functional consultants.
Proven ability to own client relationships and lead service reviews.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
