Oracle Cloud HCM Assessment Consultant (Temporary - 3 Months)

📋 Description

• Support HCM cloud activities across the project lifecycle
• Perform a holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, including Core HR, Payroll (primary
• Evaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and industry benchmarks
• Assess payroll and benefits workflows within the HCM system by analyzing processes and known bugs
• Assist in maintaining stakeholder alignment and engagement for HCM-related initiatives
• Partner with departments across the organization to identify pain points and implement process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Experience supporting HCM or HR-related projects with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll and
• Proven experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks
• Experience with full HCM lifecycle implementations and/or post-go-live optimization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
