Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Support Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide first and second line support across the Oracle ERP suite
• Triage incoming incidents and service requests, assessing priority and business impact
• Take ownership of tickets through their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
• Resolve standard L1 & L2 queries directly
• Perform routine system administration activities such as user setup, password resets, role
• Engage with customers through agreed communication channels, providing regular updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of overall experience working in an application support or service desk role
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting the Projects Module in Cloud
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts
• Good understanding of basic ERP processes and business workflows
• Experience using ITSM tools for incident and request management
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as incident management, service requests, and SLAs
