Lead and manage payroll-related projects with timely delivery and quality
Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll module
Collaborate with tech teams to design and implement payroll solutions
Conduct system testing and support UAT
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues
Provide end-user training and support

🎯 Requirements

8-12 years of Oracle EBS Payroll experience
2-3 support projects experience
2-3 end-to-end implementations experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or in a team; flexible time shifts
