📋 Description

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
Act as primary client interface, building trusted relationships
Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
Lead and motivate delivery teams to deliver at pace
Develop robust programme plans aligned to MAXIMISE
Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud/ERP, HCM or EPM programmes
Strong background in MSP and PRINCE2 methodologies
Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
