📋 Description

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures.
  • Support CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA modules.
  • Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and fixes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking
  • Experience with OBMA, OBPM, OBBRN
  • Understanding of CASA, IC, GL Modules
