📋 Description

• Gather and document requirements from federal HR stakeholders, conduct fit-gap analyses, and
• Configure and validate HCM capabilities across areas such as Core HCM, Federal HR, Benefits
• Apply federal HR regulations and policies, including Title 5, Title 38, GPPA, and OPM requirements
• Configure federal benefits and compensation structures, including FEHB, FEDVIP, FERS, CSRS, TSP
• Configure and validate leave, time, and attendance processes covering FMLA, military leave
• Support personnel action processing, position management, action and reason configuration, Nature

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; equivalent additional experience may
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least one full HCM implementation lifecycle with a U.S. federal agency, from requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with an enterprise HCM application
• Functional expertise in at least one area such as Core HR, Federal HR, Benefits, Absence, Time
• Knowledge of federal HR regulations, policies, and procedures with the ability to translate them
