Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Oversee cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and coexistence strategy.
• Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.
• Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors and
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt
• Extensive expertise in ERP governance, cutover planning and execution, testing management, data
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, Oracle Cloud ERP Certification, ITIL, COBIT
