Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence).
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM applications.
Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
Assist data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades; ensure data security
