In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL)
Minimum 5-6 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Document solutions clearly and share knowledge
Self-initiative and ability to work independently
