Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1 MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM/ERP/EPM).
• Strong background in MSP and PRINCE2 project methodologies.
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes in complex environments.
