📋 Description

• Provide remote functional support for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules across client production
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets accurately and within expected
• Investigate application issues, document findings and resolutions, and escalate complex or
• Support end users by answering functional questions, providing guidance, and delivering basic
• Perform routine Oracle HCM Cloud configuration updates in line with established processes and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, consulting, HRIS, application support, or a related
• Foundational functional experience in at least one major Oracle HCM workstream, such as Payroll
• Solid understanding of HR processes, HR systems, and how technology supports core human resources
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and working through structured support or
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts
