Oracle Project Manager- Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations, from initiation
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and
• Coordinate functional and technical resources across Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, solution design reviews, project planning sessions
• Act as the primary client contact, providing clear and timely updates, facilitating issue

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud
• Proven experience leading multi-module Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll programs across the complete
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, HR and payroll business processes, system
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical
• Proven ability to develop project plans, manage RAID logs, maintain governance documentation, and
