🎯 Requirements

10+ years in solution consulting/pre-sales in enterprise software.
5+ years in people leadership with direct line management.
Deep Oracle knowledge: DB, Fusion Middleware, ERP/EBS, Cloud, licensing.
Proven pre-sales leadership; build TCO models and cost frameworks.
Willing to travel across EMEA; degree in CS/Eng/Business or equivalent.
Experience leading multi-country EMEA deals; RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
