Order Fulfillment Specialist

📋 Description

• Process daily orders across APAC markets ensuring accuracy.
• Move prescriptions through systems to clinical partners and pharmacies.
• Maintain real-time order management spreadsheet and admin portal.
• Flag delayed, failed or at-risk orders before patient impact.
• Coordinate logistics with partners: pickups, tracking, issue resolution.
• Adapt fulfilment processes for new markets and diverse carriers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years' experience in operations, customer support, healthcare operations or order fulfilment.
• Telehealth, e-pharmacy, or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail: >95% accuracy in data entry and order checks.
• Problem-solving: identify and resolve straightforward fulfilment issues; escalate blockers.
• Communication: clear, professional and empathetic across customers, clinical partners, logistics & internal teams.
