Order Management & Billing

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end order-to-invoice lifecycle, incl testing and go-live.
• Run operations for strategic accounts, ensuring accurate terms and invoicing.
• Validate usage, pricing, and billing data to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Scale OTC processes with BPO and offshore teams; design workflows and SOPs.
• Embed AI and automation in OTC workflows to reduce rework and errors.
• Align quoting, provisioning, billing, and ERP with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, and Billing in SaaS/enterprise.
• In-depth SaaS billing models knowledge: subscription, usage, hybrid.
• Hands-on CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven with complex billing experience.
• Understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX.
