📋 Description

• Own Ads monetization launches: testing, billing validation, go-live, post-launch support.
• Design and scale Ads billing and monetization workflows (credits, pricing, invoicing).
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, Revenue, and Finance to launch monetization with accurate billing.
• Build scalable workflows for high-volume Ads transactions with strong controls.
• Drive automation and AI workflows to reduce manual work and detect issues.
• Establish SOX controls and ensure month-end billing accuracy across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Ads/Monetization/Billing/Revenue Ops/OTC in high-growth tech
• Experience with digital ads, marketplaces, or high-volume usage-based billing
• Strong knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPA, credits, discounts, and usage-based pricing
• Hands-on with Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe, Metronome, or similar ERP/billing systems
• SOX/compliance, reconciliations, month-end close
• Automation/AI initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
