Order Management Operations & Transformation Lead (12-month contract)

📋 Description

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex and non-standard SaaS bookings, including
• Review contractual terms and translate them into accurate booking requirements and system entries
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal and Revenue to determine the appropriate booking treatment for
• Ensure bookings accurately reflect contractual terms, subscription values and relevant commercial
• Build and maintain practical booking guidance and decision frameworks so complex scenarios are
• Provide functional guidance and mentoring to colleagues on complex booking scenarios, policies and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum six years of experience in order management, or a closely related role within a SaaS or
• Strong understanding of the SaaS booking lifecycle and the ability to translate contractual and
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to manage opportunities, orders, and records, run
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to apply
• Demonstrated ability to lead or drive process transformation, including documenting current and
• Working understanding of renewals reporting and commission processes, and how booking accuracy
