Order Management Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and own global Order Operations dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and Google
• Manage daily triage of blocked sales orders, integration errors (Celigo/NetSuite), and amendment
• Conduct final reviews of complex, closed/won opportunities in Salesforce CPQ for policy compliance
• Maintain and refine test cases, validation runbooks, exception handling playbooks, and SOPs as
• Partner with Systems Engineering to monitor order flow sync health across systems, execute UAT
• Serve as the primary regional escalation point for Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Billing to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience building operational dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or
• Demonstrated capability in analyzing QTC metrics (e.g., error rates, processing SLAs, queue
• Strong understanding of subscription billing models (proration, co-terming, usage, renewals) and
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-time-zone collaboration.
