Order Management Specialist, Audit

📋 Description

• Support quote-to-cash by ensuring orders, accounts, and audit activities are accurate and on time.
• Use Salesforce and Zuora to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account issues.
• Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes.
• Communicate status and findings clearly to stakeholders for timely audit decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh graduate with 6 months to 1 year in order management, audit, or related finance ops.
• Background in Finance or Accounting with understanding of billing flows or recurring contracts.
• Working knowledge of CRM or business systems, preferably Salesforce; able to learn Zuora quickly.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail with numbers.
• Clear written and verbal English; able to solve issues independently and escalate when needed.
