Order Processing Associate

📋 Description

• Support the Order Processing team.
• Ensure the right product is delivered to customers.
• Report to an Operations Manager and manage a unique set of orders daily.
• Autonomy and decision-making power in order handling.
• Coordinate campaigns with overseas and domestic vendors.
• Shift: 10 AM-7 PM EST or 2 PM-11 PM EST (remote).

🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years in Operations/Logistics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
• Able to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
