📋 Description

• Own and lead key workstreams within Order-to-Cash transformation programs, covering customer master
• Serve as a day-to-day client lead for O2C initiatives, translating business requirements into
• Lead process and solution discussions with client stakeholders, connecting detailed O2C process
• Identify systemic challenges and improvement opportunities across the O2C value chain and recommend
• Develop project workplans, track milestones, manage risks, and support change management and client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, accounting, economics
• 4+ years of Order-to-Cash experience in consulting or industry, with demonstrated ownership of
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, with experience across areas such as billing, collections
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations
