🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence
• 7+ years of experience in GBS/multi-functional shared services environment
• Demonstrated effective partnering with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Country Leadership
• Excellence financial acumen and understanding of P&L and working capital
• Ability to drive change and transformation initiatives
