Order to Cash (O2C) Operations / Order Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end order entry/validation in Salesforce and NetSuite
• Manage complex orders: amendments, co-terms, upgrades, multi-element
• Lead customer cycle management and dispute resolution
• Maintain data integrity across CRM/ERP; fix data quality issues
• License key management and provisioning per contract terms
• Drive automation with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to speed entry and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years in order management/O2C in SaaS or subscription
• Hands-on Salesforce: manage opportunities, orders, reports, data quality
• Practical knowledge of Claude/ChatGPT or equivalent AI tools
• Strong attention to detail when processing data across systems
• ERP experience; NetSuite is a strong advantage
• Degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting or related field
