Order to Cash (O2C) Operations / Order Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end order entry and validation in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Manage complex orders: amendments, co-terms, upgrades, multi-element deals.
• Lead customer cycle management and dispute resolution.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP; remediate data quality issues.
• Oversee licence key provisioning aligned to contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for order queries from Sales, Deal Desk, Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in order management, O2C, or related SaaS role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: opportunities, orders, reports, data quality.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for order processes.
• Strong attention to detail; high accuracy across multiple systems.
• ERP experience; NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Clear written English; able to escalate with context.
• Degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting or equivalent.
