• Define global frameworks for audience growth, reach, and content discoverability
• Analyze performance (reach, retention, search visibility) to identify scalable opportunities
• Translate data into clear strategic direction for regional and creative teams
• Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps (formats, hooks, distribution)
• Guide and support regional teams to improve performance across markets
• Define content positioning and distribution strategies per platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development
• Strong analytical mindset; turn data into strategy
• Experience guiding teams and setting direction
• Proven track record driving audience growth via organic channels
• Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Full professional English (C1+)
