🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategy
• Experience guiding teams and setting direction
• Proven track record driving audience growth through organic channels
• Deep knowledge of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Full professional English (C1+)
