7+ years in SEO or organic growth with leadership experience.
Track record of defining KPIs and tying work to business outcomes.
Deep knowledge of GEO/AI search optimization and ASO.
Strong analytics: GA4 and Google Search Console; data-driven.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, CS, or related field.
Ability to collaborate with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering.
