📋 Description

• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across SEO, content, and AI-era channels.
• Lead SEO across on-page, off-page, and technical fundamentals (AEO/GEO).
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and growth.
• Ensure articles, landing pages, and campaigns are optimized for traditional and AI-driven search.
• Launch non-traditional, non-paid growth channels (Reddit, patient stories, owned content).
• Monitor KPIs: rankings, organic traffic, share of voice, conversions; iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in organic growth marketing (SEO) in DTC, tech, or healthcare.
• Strong SEO foundation; drive growth across channels, not just rankings.
• Growth hacker mindset; data-driven; comfortable pitching scrappy ideas.
• Demonstrable, owned results with specific outcomes.
• Experience building something from the ground up (channel, strategy, or playbook).
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
