Organic Social Media Intern

📋 Description

• Own the administration and coordination of the creator community
• Monitor inbound creator interest across forms, emails, direct messages, tags, and referrals
• Review inbound leads and prepare clear shortlists for internal stakeholders
• Help manage social assets and keep the Digital Asset Management system organised
• Support reporting preparation and post-campaign coordination
• Gather links, screenshots, stories, creator posts, and campaign outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Experience or interest in social media, creators, digital culture and luxury
• Comfortable working across spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative systems
• Know how to keep information clear, structured, up to date
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following through reliably
• Have experience and/or interest in applied Artificial Intelligence
