Organic Social Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies to grow audience and drive sales
• Create and schedule content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit)
• Identify and leverage relevant trends while maintaining brand fit
• Monitor audience conversations and competitor activity for content ideas
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and use insights to optimize content
• Coordinate with Content, Creative, Acquisition, Email, Influencer, and Customer Service teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies
• Ability to create content (development, briefs, scheduling, coordination)
• Proficiency with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer)
• Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategy
• Strong organizational skills
