🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, or a related
• Master's degree in Organization Development, Business or Public Administration, Human Resources
• At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing organizational development approaches to
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, succession planning, high-potential development, leadership
• Strong experience assessing organizations through multi-dimensional analysis, solution design
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Organizational Change Management, operational
