Organization Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of Talent Management programs and events managing planning
• Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent Talent Management
• Oversee program operations, adhere to budgets, work with vendors, and cross-functional partnerships
• Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics, participant feedback, and operational data to
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and reporting that support program
• Respond to senior leader, employee, and stakeholder inquiries by providing timely, accurate program

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in an HR, learning & design, human behavior, and/or
• Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
• Administrative/back-end use of LMS systems
• Experience with event coordination/training program logistics
• Organizational and project management skills with a focus on detailed execution
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement

• Base pay range: $103,700 - $175,600 depending on location
