Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

📋 Description

• Lead people-side of technology-enabled transformations with focus on SAP/ERP programs.
• Develop and implement OCM strategies aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption analyses.
• Establish change networks, champion programs, and engagement structures.
• Design and execute communications, leadership messaging, and employee materials.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for large-scale ERP/technology transformations.
• Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge; ERP transformation experience preferred.
• Experience in change communication, engagement planning, readiness assessments, and adoption
• Strong organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing contexts is required.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and cross-stakeholder collaboration skills.
